Cancellation by the Client
-The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
-In the event of cancellation between 60 and 31 days prior to the departure date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package cost will apply.
-In the event of cancellation 30 days or less prior to the departure date, no refund will be issued.

Package Transfer
If you wish to transfer your reservation to another person, a 10% administrative fee will apply when a refund and a new registration are required. No fee will be charged if participants make arrangements between themselves and no administrative intervention from our team is required.

Cancellation or Transfer Procedure
All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted by email to info@expresstours.ca.

The email must include:
-the order number (invoice number);
-the name(s) of the participant(s) affected by the cancellation or transfer.

Cancellation by Express Tours
Express Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of participants required is not reached. This minimum number varies depending on the trip. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid and will be notified by telephone and/or email at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
